Representing the largest community of education professionals in the world, AdvancED is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that conducts rigorous, on-site external reviews of PreK-12th grade schools and school systems to ensure that all learners realize their full potential. AdvancED is part of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI)—created to hold accredited schools within its system to a higher standard. BCA is proud to share this organization’s vision of creating “a world of opportunities for every learner.”
